Aloe Vera is a popular plant and due to it’s many medical and antioxidant properties and it can be found in many homes and gardens.

But what about our pets, is aloe toxic to cats? And the answer is yes, aloe is toxic to cats because the gel inside the aloe vera plant contains saponins, which can cause gastrointestinal upset such as vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite if ingested.
